Council · the roles
Eight disciplines your project passes through
The council isn't a wall of credentials — it's the set of roles your project passes through. We examine one idea from several sides at once: molecule, form, plant, regulatory frame, economics — and a separate role checks that every conclusion rests on a source, not a guess. The disciplines don't work in turn but against each other: the chemist's calculation meets clinical pharmacology, the plant plan meets the financial model, and the whole thing passes an adversarial reliability check. The output isn't an expert opinion but a verifiable plan, marked with what's proven, what's an estimate, and what still needs confirming.
01
Medicinal chemistry
We compute the affinity and selectivity of candidate molecules against a therapeutic target and filter out false hits by calculation — before reagents and months of assays go into the lab.
02
Protein engineering
We model the three-dimensional structure of the target protein and its binding pocket, so that “does it fit or not” rests on geometry, not on a guess.
03
Formulation
We turn the active substance into a manufacturable dosage form — dose, carrier, compatibility — and find in advance where the form hits a physical limit.
04
Plant engineering
We recompute a plant's utilities and equipment against the spec and against physics, and surface the discrepancies before the contract is signed, not after installation.
05
Regulatory
We check the regulatory frame, registries and precedents: what is actually legal on the market, and what would trigger a lawsuit and a sales ban.
06
Clinical pharmacology
We review the evidence base behind a claimed effect and separate what is confirmed by direct data from what cannot go on the label.
07
Financial modelling
We build the project's scenario economics — volume, margin, break-even — and show under what conditions it pays off and under what it merely looks profitable.
08
Fact-checking
We run every conclusion through an adversarial skeptic-and-fact-checker pass and mark what a primary source confirms, what is an estimate, and what is from the client.
Medicinal chemistry · protein engineering — live model
A real computed pose of a candidate in the binding pocket. Spin the molecule with your mouse — this is the layer of de-risking that separates a verifiable plan from promises. Target and drug under NDA.
Have the council check your idea
Bring a molecule, a formulation, a plant concept or a market hypothesis — we assemble the right disciplines for the task and come back with a verifiable plan.
